Give thanks to the Lord, and call upon his name; declare his works among the heathen.

3 ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥⲟⲩⲛⲟϥ ⲛϫⲉⲡϩⲏⲧ ⲛⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲕⲱϯ ⲛⲥⲁⲡϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲕⲱϯ ⲛⲥⲁⲡϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲙⲁϩⲓ ⲕⲱϯ ⲛⲥⲁⲡⲉϥϩⲟ ⲛⲥⲏⲟⲩ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ

Sing to him, yea, sing praises to him: tell forth all his wonderful works.

4 ⲁⲣⲓⲫⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲛⲛⲉϥϣⲫⲏⲣⲓ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲁⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲛⲉϥⲙⲏⲓⲛⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲓϩⲁⲡ ⲛⲧⲉⲣⲱϥ ⲡϫⲣⲟϫ ⲛⲁⲃⲣⲁⲁⲙ ⲛⲉ ⲛⲉϥⲉⲃⲓⲁⲓⲕ ⲛⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲛⲓⲁⲕⲱⲃ ⲛⲉ ⲛⲓⲥⲱⲧⲡ ⲛⲧⲁϥ ⲛⲑⲟϥ ⲡⲉ ⲡϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲡⲉⲛⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲛⲉϥϩⲁⲡ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ

Glory in his holy name: let the heart of them that seek the Lord rejoice.

5 ⲁϥⲉⲣⲫⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲛⲧⲉϥⲇⲓⲁⲑⲏⲕⲏ ϣⲁⲉⲛⲉϩ ⲡⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲉⲧⲁϥϩⲟⲛϩⲉⲛ ⲙⲙⲟϥ ϣⲁϩⲁⲛϣⲟ ⲛϫⲱⲟⲩ

Seek ye the Lord, and be strengthened; seek his face continually.

Remember his wonderful works that he has done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;

7 ⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉϯⲛⲁϯ ⲛⲁⲕ ⲙⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛⲭⲁⲛⲁⲁⲛ ⲟⲩⲛⲟϩ ⲛⲣⲱϣ ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲉⲕⲕⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲓⲁ

ye seed of Abraam, his servants, ye children of Jacob, his chosen ones.

He is the Lord our God; his judgments are in all the earth.

He has remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded for a thousand generation:

10 ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲙⲟⲩϯ ⲉⲟⲩϩⲃⲱⲛ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲧⲁϫⲣⲟ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲛⲧⲉⲡⲱⲓⲕ ⲁϥϧⲉⲙϧⲱⲙϥ ⲁϥⲟⲩⲱⲣⲡ ⲛⲟⲩⲣⲱⲙⲓ ϧⲁϫⲱⲟⲩ ⲁϥϯ ⲛⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲁⲃⲱⲕ ⲁⲩⲑⲉⲃⲓⲟ ⲛⲛⲉϥϭⲁⲗⲁⲩϫ ϧⲉⲛϩⲁⲛⲡⲉⲇⲏⲥ ⲟⲩⲃⲉⲛⲓⲡⲓ ⲁⲥⲥⲉⲛϥ ⲛϫⲉⲧⲉϥⲩⲭⲏ ϣⲁⲧⲉϥⲓ ⲛϫⲉⲡⲉϥⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲙⲡϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲁϥϩⲓⲭⲣⲱⲙ ⲉⲣⲟϥ

which he established as a covenant to Abraam, and he remembered his oath to Isaac.

11 ⲁϥⲟⲩⲱⲣⲡ ⲛϫⲉⲡⲟⲩⲣⲟ ⲁϥⲃⲟⲗϥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲟⲩⲁⲣⲭⲱⲛ ⲛⲧⲉϩⲁⲛⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲁϥⲭⲁϥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲁϥⲁⲓϥ ⲛϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲉϩⲣⲏⲓ ⲉϫⲉⲛⲡⲉϥⲏⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲁⲣⲭⲱⲛ ⲉϫⲉⲛⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲧⲁϥ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲉⲡϫⲓⲛϯⲥⲃⲱ ⲛⲛⲉϥⲁⲣⲭⲱⲛ ⲙⲡⲉϥⲣⲏϯ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲉϥϧⲉⲗⲗⲟⲓ ⲉⲧⲥⲁⲃⲱⲟⲩ

And he established it to Jacob for an ordinance, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant;

12 ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲓ ⲛϫⲉⲡⲓⲓⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲉϧⲣⲏⲓ ⲉⲭⲏⲙⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲓⲁⲕⲱⲃ ⲁϥⲉⲣⲣⲉⲙⲛϫⲱⲓⲗⲓ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛⲭⲁⲙ ⲁϥⲑⲣⲉ ⲡⲉϥⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲁϣⲁⲓ ⲉⲙⲁϣⲱ ⲁϥⲑⲣⲉϥⲁⲙⲁϩⲓ ⲉϩⲟⲧⲉ ⲛⲉϥϫⲁϫⲓ ⲁϥⲫⲉⲛϩ ⲡⲟⲩϩⲏⲧ ⲉⲙⲉⲥⲧⲉ ⲡⲉϥⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲉⲡϫⲓⲛⲉⲣⲭⲣⲟϥ ϧⲉⲛⲛⲉϥⲉⲃⲓⲁⲓⲕ

saying To thee will I give the land of Chanaan, the line of your inheritance:

13 ⲁϥⲟⲩⲱⲣⲡ ⲙⲙⲱⲩⲥⲏⲥ ⲡⲉϥⲃⲱⲕ ⲛⲉⲙⲁⲁⲣⲱⲛ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲥⲟⲧⲡϥ ⲁϥⲭⲱ ⲛϧⲏⲧⲟⲩ ⲛⲛⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲉϥⲙⲏⲓⲛⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲉϥϣⲫⲏⲣⲓ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛⲭⲁⲙ

when they were few in number, very few, and sojourners in it.

14 ⲁϥⲟⲩⲱⲣⲡ ⲛⲟⲩⲭⲁⲕⲓ ⲁϥⲉⲣⲭⲣⲉⲙⲧⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩϯϫⲱⲛⲧ ⲛⲛⲉϥⲥⲁϫⲓ

And they went from nation to nation, and from one kingdom to another people.

15 ⲁϥⲫⲱⲛϩ ⲛⲛⲟⲩⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲉⲩⲥⲛⲟϥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲛⲛⲟⲩⲕⲉⲧⲉⲃⲧ

He suffered no man to wrong them; and he rebuked kings for their sakes:

16 ⲡⲟⲩⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲁϥⲃⲉⲃⲓ ⲛϩⲁⲛⲭⲣⲟⲩⲣ ϧⲉⲛⲛⲓⲧⲁⲙⲓⲟⲛ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲟⲩⲣⲱⲟⲩ

saying, Touch not my anointed ones; and do my prophets no harm.

17 ⲁϥϫⲟⲥ ⲁϥⲓ ⲛϫⲉⲟⲩⲁϥ ⲛⲟⲩϩⲟⲣ ⲛⲉⲙϩⲁⲛⲗⲉϩⲗⲉⲙ ϧⲉⲛⲛⲟⲩϭⲓⲏ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲁϥⲭⲱ ⲛⲛⲟⲩⲙⲟⲩⲛϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲟⲩⲁⲗ ⲙⲫⲉ

Moreover he called for a famine upon the land; he broke the whole support of bread.

18 ⲟⲩⲭⲣⲱⲙ ⲁϥⲙⲟϩ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲟⲩⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲁϥϣⲁⲣⲓ ⲉⲛⲟⲩⲃⲱ ⲛⲁⲗⲟⲗⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲟⲩⲃⲱ ⲛⲕⲉⲛⲧⲉ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϣϣⲏⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲛⲧⲉⲡⲟⲩⲑⲱϣ ⲁϥϧⲉⲙϧⲱⲙⲟⲩ

He sent a man before them; Joseph was sold for a slave.

19 ⲁϥϫⲟⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲓ ⲛϫⲉⲟⲩϣϫⲉ ⲛⲉⲙⲟⲩⲃⲣⲟⲩⲭⲟⲥ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲙⲙⲟⲛ ⲏⲡⲓ ⲛⲧⲁϥ

They hurt his feet with fetters; his soul passed into iron,

20 ⲁϥⲟⲩⲱⲙ ⲛⲛⲓⲥⲙⲉϩ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛⲧⲉⲡⲟⲩⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲟⲩⲱⲙ ⲙⲡⲟⲩⲧⲁϩ ⲛⲧⲉⲡⲟⲩⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲁϥϣⲁⲣⲓ ⲉϣⲁⲙⲓⲥⲓ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲉⲧϧⲉⲛⲡⲟⲩⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲧⲁⲡⲁⲣⲭⲏ ⲛⲧⲉⲡⲟⲩϧⲓⲥⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ

until the time that his cause came on; the word of the Lord tried him as fire.

21 ⲁϥⲉⲛⲟⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛϩⲁⲛⲓⲉⲃ ⲛϩⲁⲧ ⲛⲉⲙϩⲁⲛⲓⲉⲃ ⲛⲛⲟⲩⲃ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲉ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ⲡⲉⲧϣⲱⲛⲓ ϧⲉⲛⲛⲟⲩⲫⲩⲗⲏ

The king sent and loosed him; even the prince of the people, and let him go free.

22 ⲁϥⲟⲩⲛⲟϥ ⲛϫⲉⲭⲏⲙⲓ ⲉϫⲉⲛⲡⲟⲩϫⲓⲛⲙⲟϣⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϫⲉⲁⲥⲓ ⲉϩⲣⲏⲓ ⲉϫⲱⲟⲩ ⲛϫⲉⲧⲟⲩϩⲟϯ

He made him Lord over his house, and ruler of all his substance;

23 ⲁϥⲫⲱⲣϣ ⲛⲟⲩϭⲏⲡⲓ ⲉⲩϧⲏⲓⲃⲓ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙⲟⲩⲭⲣⲱⲙ ⲉⲡϫⲓⲛⲧⲉϥⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱⲓⲛⲓ ⲉⲣⲱⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲓⲉϫⲱⲣϩ

to chastise his rulers at his pleasure, and to teach his elders wisdom.

24 ⲁⲩⲉⲣⲉⲧⲓⲛ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲥⲓ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ⲛϫⲉⲟⲩⲙⲉⲥⲓⲱϯ ⲙⲡⲏⲣⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲟⲩⲱⲓⲕ ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲫⲉ ⲁϥⲧⲥⲓⲱⲟⲩ ⲙⲙⲟϥ

Israel also came into Egypt, and Jacob sojourned in the land of Cham.

25 ⲁϥⲫⲱϫⲓ ⲛϯⲡⲉⲧⲣⲁ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩϧⲁϯ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϫⲉϩⲁⲛⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲁⲩⲙⲟϣⲓ ϧⲉⲛϩⲁⲛⲓⲁⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⲉϩⲁⲛⲙⲁ ⲛⲁⲧⲙⲟⲩ ϫⲉⲁϥⲉⲣⲫⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲙⲡⲉϥⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲉⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲥⲉⲙⲛⲏⲧϥ ⲛⲉⲙⲁⲃⲣⲁⲁⲙ ⲡⲉϥⲃⲱⲕ

And he increased his people greatly, and made them stronger than their enemies.

26 ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲓⲛⲓ ⲙⲡⲉϥⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲑⲉⲗⲏⲗ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲉϥⲥⲱⲧⲡ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲟⲩⲛⲟϥ

And he turned their heart to hate his people, to deal craftily with his servants.

27 ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϯ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲛⲓⲭⲱⲣⲁ ⲛⲧⲉϩⲁⲛⲉⲑⲛⲟⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϩⲁⲛϧⲓⲥⲓ ⲛⲧⲉϩⲁⲛⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲁⲩⲉⲣⲕⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲓⲛ ⲙⲙⲱⲟⲩ ϩⲟⲡⲱⲥ ⲛⲧⲟⲩⲁⲣⲉϩ ⲉⲛⲉϥⲙⲉⲑⲙⲏⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲧⲟⲩϧⲱϯ ⲛⲥⲁⲡⲉϥⲛⲟⲙⲟⲥ

He sent fort Moses his servant, and Aaron whom he had chosen.
