1 ⲛⲧⲉⲇⲁⲩⲓⲇ ⲉⲡϫⲱⲕ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲉϫⲉⲛⲓⲇⲏⲑⲟⲩⲛ

2 ⲙⲏ ⲁⲣⲉ ⲧⲁ\'ⲩⲭⲏ ⲛⲁϭⲛⲉϫⲱⲥ ⲁⲛ ⲙⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ . ⲡⲁⲛⲟϩⲉⲙ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲟⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲟⲧϥ ⲡⲉ: ⲕⲉ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛⲑⲟϥ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲁⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲡⲁⲥⲱⲧⲏⲣ ⲡⲁⲣⲉϥϣⲟⲡⲧ ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲛⲛⲁⲕⲓⲙ ⲛϩⲟⲩⲟ . ϣⲁⲧⲛⲁⲩ ϫⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙⲙⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲉϫⲉⲛⲫⲣⲱⲙⲓ .

Shall not my soul be subjected to God? for of him is my salvation.

3 ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲙⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲛⲟⲩϫⲟⲉⲓ ⲉⲥⲣⲁⲕⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲟⲩⲫⲣⲁⲅⲙⲟⲥ ⲉⲩϫⲱⲟⲩⲛ ⲙⲙⲟϥ: ⲡⲗⲏⲛ ⲡⲁⲧⲁⲓⲟ ⲁⲩⲥⲟϭⲛⲓ ⲉϩⲓⲧϥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ .

For he is my God, and my saviour; my helper, I shall not be moved very much.

4 ⲛⲁⲩϭⲟϫⲓ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲓⲃⲓ ⲛⲁⲩⲥⲙⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲁⲩⲥⲁϩⲟⲩⲓ ϧⲉⲛⲡⲟⲩϩⲏⲧ: ⲡⲗⲏⲛ ⲧⲁ\'ⲩⲭⲏ ⲙⲁϭⲛⲉϫⲱ ⲙⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ: ϫⲉⲡⲁⲁⲙⲟⲛⲓ ⲛⲧⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲟⲧϥ ⲡⲉ: ⲕⲉ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛⲑⲟϥ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲁⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲡⲁⲥⲱⲧⲏⲣ ⲡⲁⲣⲉϥϣⲟⲡⲧ ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲛⲛⲁⲟⲩⲱⲧⲉⲃ .

How long will ye assault a man? ye are all slaughtering as with a bowed wall and a broken hedge.

5 ⲡⲁⲟⲩϫⲁⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲡⲁⲱⲟⲩ ⲁⲩϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲁⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲁⲃⲟⲏⲑⲓⲁ: ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲧⲁϩⲉⲗⲡⲓⲥ ⲉⲥϧⲉⲛ ⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ .

They only took counsel to set at nought mine honour: I ran in thirst: with their mouth they blessed, but with their heart they cursed. Pause.

6 ⲁⲣⲓϩⲉⲗⲡⲓⲥ ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲥⲩⲛⲁⲅⲱⲅⲏ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲛⲧⲉϩⲁⲛⲗⲁⲟⲥ: ϫⲱϣ ⲛⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲏⲧ ⲙⲡⲉϥⲙⲑⲟ: ⲡⲉⲛⲃⲟⲏⲑⲟⲥ ⲡⲉ ⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ .

Nevertheless do thou, my soul, be subjected to God; for of him is my patient hope.

7 ⲡⲗⲏⲛ ϩⲁⲛⲉⲫⲗⲏⲟⲩ ⲛⲉ ⲛⲓϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ: ϩⲁⲛⲥⲁⲙⲙⲉⲑⲛⲟⲩϫ ⲛⲉ ⲛⲓϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ .

For he is my God and my Saviour; my helper, I shall not be moved.

8 ϧⲉⲛϩⲁⲛⲙⲁϣⲓ ⲉⲡϭⲓⲛϫⲟⲛⲥ: ⲛⲑⲱⲟⲩ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲉⲫⲗⲏⲟⲩ ⲁⲩⲓ ⲉⲩⲙⲁ .

In God is my salvation and my glory: he is the God of my help, and my hope is in God.

9 ⲙⲡⲉⲣⲉⲣϩⲉⲗⲡⲓⲥ ⲉⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧϭⲓⲛϫⲟⲛⲥ ⲟⲩⲇⲉ ⲙⲡⲉⲣⲙⲉⲛⲣⲉ ⲛϩⲁⲛϩⲱⲗⲉⲙ: ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲣⲁⲙⲁⲟ ⲁⲥϣⲁⲛⲓ ⲙⲡⲉⲣⲟⲩⲁϩ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲏⲧ .

Hope in him, all ye congregation of the people; pour out your hearts before him, for God is our helper. Pause.

10 ⲟⲩⲥⲟⲡ ⲁϥⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛϫⲉⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲁⲛⲥⲟⲑⲙⲟⲩ ⲛⲥⲟⲡ ⲃ: ϫⲉⲡⲓⲁⲙⲁϩⲓ ⲫⲁ ⲫⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲡⲉ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲫⲱⲕ ⲡϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲓⲛⲁⲓ .

But the sons of men are vain; the sons of men are false, so as to be deceitful in the balances; they are all alike formed out of vanity.

Trust not in unrighteousness, and lust not after robberies: if wealth should flow in, set not your heart upon it.
