1 ⲛⲧⲉⲇⲁⲩⲓⲇ ⲉⲡϫⲱⲕ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲉϫⲉⲛⲛⲓϩⲣⲱⲧ

2 ⲡϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲡⲉⲛϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲙⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲛⲟⲩϣⲫⲏⲣⲓ ⲁϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛϫⲉⲡⲉⲕⲣⲁⲛ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ . ϫⲉⲁⲥϭⲓⲥⲓ ⲛϫⲉⲑⲙⲉⲧⲛⲓϣϯ ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲉⲕⲙⲉⲧⲥⲁⲓⲉ ⲥⲁⲡϣⲱⲓ ⲛⲛⲓⲫⲏⲟⲩⲓ .

O Lord, our Lord, how wonderful is thy name in all the earth! for thy magnificence is exalted above the heavens.

3 ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⲛϩⲁⲛⲕⲟⲩϫⲓ ⲛⲁⲗⲱⲟⲩⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲏ ⲉⲑⲟⲩⲉⲙϭⲓ ⲁⲕⲥⲉⲃⲧⲉ ⲡⲓⲥⲙⲟⲩ: ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲛⲉⲕϫⲁϫⲓ ⲉⲡϫⲓⲛϯⲟⲩⲱ ⲛⲟⲩϫⲁϫⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲟⲩⲣⲉϥϭⲓⲙⲡϣⲓϣ .

Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou perfected praise, because of thine enemies; that thou mightest put down the enemy and avenger.

4 ϫⲉϯⲛⲁⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲛⲓⲫⲏⲟⲩⲓ: ⲛⲓϩⲃⲏⲟⲩⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲉⲕⲧⲏⲃ: ⲡⲓⲓⲟϩ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲓⲥⲓⲟⲩ ⲛⲑⲟⲕ ⲁⲕϩⲓⲥⲉⲛϯ ⲙⲙⲱⲟⲩ: ⲛⲓⲙ ⲡⲉ ⲫⲣⲱⲙⲓ ϫⲉⲁⲕⲉⲣⲡⲉϥⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲓⲉ ⲡϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲙⲫⲣⲱⲙⲓ ϫⲉⲁⲕϫⲉⲙⲡⲉϥϣⲓⲛⲓ .

For I will regard the heavens, the work of thy fingers; the moon and stars, which thou hast established.

5 ⲁⲕⲑⲉⲃⲓⲟϥ ⲛⲟⲩⲕⲟⲩϫⲓ ⲡⲁⲣⲁⲛⲓⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ . ⲡⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙⲡⲧⲁⲓⲟ ⲁⲕⲧⲏⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲛⲟⲩⲭⲗⲟⲙ ⲉϫⲱϥ .

What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?

6 ⲁⲕⲧⲁϩⲟϥ ⲉⲣⲁⲧϥ ⲉϫⲉⲛⲛⲓϩⲃⲏⲟⲩⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲉⲕϫⲓϫ . ⲁⲕⲑⲉⲃⲓⲟ ⲛⲉⲛⲭⲁⲓ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲥⲁⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ ⲛⲛⲉϥϭⲁⲗⲁⲩϫ:

Thou madest him a little less than angels, thou hast crowned him with glory and honour;

7 ⲛⲓⲉⲥⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲓⲉϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲉⲧⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲓⲕⲉⲧⲉⲃⲛⲱⲟⲩⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲕⲟⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲓϩⲁⲗⲁϯ ⲛⲧⲉⲧⲫⲉ ⲛⲉⲙⲛⲓⲧⲉⲃⲧ ⲛⲧⲉⲫⲓⲟⲙ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲥⲓⲛⲓ ϩⲓⲛⲓⲙⲱⲓⲧ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲁⲓⲟⲩ .

and thou hast set him over the works of thy hands: thou hast put all things under his feet:

8 ⲡϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲡⲉⲛϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲙⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲛⲟⲩϣⲫⲏⲣⲓ ⲁϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲉⲕⲣⲁⲛ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ

sheep and all oxen, yea and the cattle of the field;
