1 ⲉⲧⲉⲧⲛϣⲡϩⲓⲥⲉ ⲙⲛⲛⲉⲧⲙⲏⲣ ⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲧⲙⲟⲕϩ ⲛⲉ ·
It is by those who are bound and suffering that you are troubled,
2 ⲛⲧϩⲉ ⲉⲧⲉⲩⲟⲛϩ ⲉⲡⲟⲩⲟⲧⲟⲩⲉⲧ ⲛⲧⲥⲱϣⲉ ϫⲉⲙⲡⲟⲩϭⲛⲡⲉⲧⲟⲩⲛⲁⲟⲩⲟⲙϥ ·
in the manner that they live on the herb of the field, because they did not find what they shall eat,
3 ⲛⲧϩⲉ ⲉⲧⲉⲧⲛⲥⲱⲧⲙ ·
and in the manner that we hear
4 ⲁⲩⲱ ⲉⲣⲉⲛⲉⲧⲛⲁⲩ ϩⲟⲙⲟⲗⲟⲅⲉⲓ ⲙⲡⲉⲩϩⲓⲥⲉ ·
and those who see agree about their difficulty.
5 ⲉⲧⲃⲉⲡⲁⲓ ⲙⲁⲣⲛϣⲗⲏⲗ ⲧⲏⲣⲛ ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲓⲙ ⲉⲧⲣϩⲟⲧⲉ ϩⲏⲧϥ ⲙⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲉⲧⲣⲉⲡⲉⲭⲣⲓⲥⲧⲟⲥ ⲕⲁⲡⲉϥⲥⲙⲟⲩ ⲉϥⲙⲏⲛ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲣⲁⲓ ϩⲛⲛⲉϥⲥⲩⲛⲁⲅⲱⲅⲏ ·
Hence, let us all pray, everyone who fears God, that Christ may put his blessing and that it may remain in his congregations
6 ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛϥⲧⲙⲕⲁⲛⲉϥⲧⲟⲡⲟⲥ ⲉϣⲱⲱⲧ ⲛⲗⲁⲁⲩ :
and that he may not let his monasteries (lit. places) lack anything.
